沖縄工業高等専門学校の伊東正章教授と、本研究室の相沢教授がオーガナイザーを務めたワークショップ『蛋白質を造り・創る～蛋白質発現技術の新展開とその応用』が、2026年6月19日に第26回日本蛋白質科学会年会において開催されました。
本ワークショップでは、多様な性質をもつ蛋白質をさまざまなアプローチで効率的に生産し、応用研究へ展開している最新の研究事例を紹介し、新たな蛋白質科学研究を“創る”ための手がかりについて議論を深めました。

Professor Masaaki Ito of the National Institute of Technology, Okinawa College, and Professor Tomoyasu Aizawa of Hokkaido University served as organizers of the workshop, which was held on June 19, 2026, at the 26th Annual Meeting of the Protein Science Society of Japan. This workshop introduced cutting-edge research efficiently producing diverse proteins through various approaches and advancing them into applied studies. We deepened discussions on clues for “creating” new protein science research.
