We use NMR to get insight into IDP function. We are studying certain types of IDP that form structure only in the presence of counterpart protein. Research targets can be highlighted by introducing NMR active nuclei by labeled reagents and deuterium culture, expertise can be shared with neutron crystallography oriented protein production. Other projects to understand modification of sensor protein have started. The more attached to your protein, the more NMR analyses you would like to try.
