The overall goal of our research is to understand the molecular basis and their regulatory mechanism in the gene expression system, especially in translation system.
The X-ray crystal structural analysis coupled with biochemical experiment and in silico functional analysis is the core of our research methods.
Our study is also aimed to develop automatic analysis system for determining the protein structures.
