北大COI「食と健康の達人」は、一人ひとりの健康状態にあわせた最適な「食と運動」により「女性、子どもと高齢者にやさしい社会」の実現を目指すプロジェクトです。
相沢智康教授の他、先端生命科学研究院からは中村公則准教授（自然免疫研究室）がテーマリーダーとして、また中岡慎治准教授（数理生物学研究室）がリサーチメンバーとして参画しています。

The Hokkaido University formed the R&D team as “Innovative Food & Healthcare Master” COI (center of innovation) site in partnership with more than 30 organizations. Professors Kiminori NAKAMURA (Laboratory of Innate Immunity), Shinji NAKAOKA (Laboratory of Mathematical Biology), and Tomoyasu AIZAWA (Laboratory of Protein Science) are participating to this project. This week’s Nature features this project over 18 pages.
